We want you and your puppy to be happy with every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
- Unused & unopened items may be returned at our discretion.
- Opened food, used enrichment products, or chewed items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item (if applicable).
